Features
The flake ice is 0.8~2.2mm in thickness, and 1~4cm2 in size, irreglar in shape and larger in surface-unit weight ratio, suitable for quick freezing. The ice can get into the cracks between goods to decrease heating exchange with outside air and to keep the raw fresh food at a lower temperature and a reasonable humidity.
Scope of application
Flake ice is widely used in refreshing vegetables and aquatic products during transport, case showing in supermarket, quick freezing of slaughtering, and processing of marine products as well as cooling in pigment production, concrete formwork, coal-mine deep well and long-range fishing.
